Key Responsibilities

  • •Support environmental, health, safety, and security efforts at the site by maintaining EHS systems and processes.
  • •Assist with implementation of MESH and use MESH tools to drive improvements.
  • •Support risk assessments, tracking EHS performance indicators, and progress against EHS goals.
  • •Lead/support incident investigations and help resolve EHS operational controls and action items on a timely basis.
  • •Support EHS training initiatives, engagement through teams/committees, and annual compliance evaluations for regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Experience providing EHS support across multiple production tiers and operational areas.
  • •Knowledge and experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Conversational English required to participate in meetings and communicate with regional and global teams.
