Design Program Manager

Drive coordination and execution across multiple design and product initiatives for a world-class streaming experience. Plan and track delivery, ensure design deliverables align with product requirements, and facilitate cross-functional communication across marketing, data, and research. Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, run meetings to resolve issues and escalate roadblocks, and maintain project tracking tools in Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Figma.
