  • •Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance for facility systems, including elevators, lighting, restroom repairs, waterproofing, and structure maintenance.
  • •Manage cleaning and environmental maintenance services across indoor/outdoor areas, kitchens, landscaping, pools, and waste disposal.
  • •Plan and manage transportation shuttle services and contractors, and oversee employee cafeteria operations and catering contractors.
  • •Plan and execute plant events and coordinate across departments; support weekend/overtime attendance when needed.

  • •Manage general affairs and facility services for the plant and ensure day-to-day facility operations run smoothly.
  • •Maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including elevators, indoor/outdoor lighting, restroom repairs, waterproofing, and building structure maintenance.
