Job Summary

Lead enterprise developer advocacy across NAMER in a player-coach role: manage and grow a team of Senior and Staff Developer Advocates while owning DevDays, Enterprise Office Hours, and account engagements. Partner daily with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Developer Success to align technical advocacy with pipeline and expansion, while keeping the experience authentic and non-salesy. Stay technical by designing sessions, building sample apps, and creating enterprise-friendly developer content.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the NAMER Enterprise Developer Advocacy team: manage, coach, and develop Senior and Staff Developer Advocates across the region.
•Own DevDays delivery end to end, tailoring events to customer domains and use cases and driving champion identification and follow-up adoption.
•Run recurring enterprise-facing programs, including Enterprise Office Hours, and coordinate with Developer Education, Marketing, and the webinar team.
•Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Developer Success to align advocacy work with pipeline, expansion, and adoption goals; qualify requests by ARR influence and bandwidth.
•Stay hands-on by designing and delivering sessions, building sample apps, and contributing enterprise-friendly content and storytelling.

Travel: Low travel

•An operational, execution-first mindset to run repeatable programs, manage intake and prioritization, and meet SLA commitments.
•Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Success, Product, and Marketing to translate technical engagement into commercial impact.
