Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboardings) across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead/facilitate meetings with clients and external employees for separations, negotiations, settlements, and termination outcomes.
  • •Liaise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, unions) to support compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Actively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to automation/product development for the offboarding and employee relations workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
