Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical assurance and oversight for automation and control engineering activities, including review and approval of EPC contractor deliverables such as control system architecture and safety documentation.
  • •Ensure automation systems are designed for safe, reliable, maintainable, and efficient plant operation, including reviews of interfaces and control logic (alarms, trips, interlocks, shutdown functions).
  • •Monitor and manage EPC contractor progress for automation & control deliverables, identifying gaps, risks, delays, and non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
  • •Lead safety instrumented system activities, including SIL assessments and review of SRS, cause & effect, voting arrangements, shutdown philosophy, and proof-test requirements.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and support testing/commissioning activities (FAT, I-FAT, SAT, loop checking, functional testing) and start-up troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant Automation, Instrumentation & Control experience for a senior PMC position.
  • •Strong experience with DCS, SIS/ESD, F&G, PLC/SCADA, and ICSS.
  • •Proven experience in FEED, EPC, PMC, commissioning, and/or operational environments.
  • •Significant Oil & Gas experience, preferably in major upstream, gas processing, LNG, refinery, or petrochemical projects.
