Practice Operations Manager

Lead operational excellence for two new outpatient clinics serving people with severe mental illness. Partner with the Clinic Director to align service delivery and KPIs across Orange and Irvine, manage day-to-day clinic operations, and oversee schedules, templates, and regulatory compliance. Hire, train, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Talent, Finance, Growth, Central Operations, and Technology to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
