Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • •Maintain clinic operations, schedules, templates, and documentation to support regulatory compliance and consistent member experience.
  • •Hire, train, coach, and develop employees; manage daily care team schedules, PTO, and timecard approval.
  • •Facilitate a best-in-class member-centered experience and communicate with members and families regarding financial responsibilities when appropriate.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and regularly monitor and drive practice operations KPIs using accurate, up-to-date data sources.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in practice leadership, preferably in complex, multi-speciality ambulatory settings.
  • •Direct experience leading multidisciplinary patient-facing teams, including coaching and optimizing service delivery and patient experience.
  • •Comfort with change and navigating ambiguity, including comfort with evolving tech tools and systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience improving processes to improve operational outcomes.
  • •Experience implementing structured process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean) with positive outcomes and coaching others in the process.
