Key Responsibilities

  • •Remotely monitor field systems and equipment performance, health, and operational status while providing real-time technical support.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation faults on in-field logging units using remote access and communication with field operators.
  • •Ensure client data streaming meets QA/QC requirements and is delivered accurately and on time through appropriate reporting channels.
  • •Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications on field systems while performing quality control on OreSight logging data.
  • •Monitor lone worker and driver safety systems, maintain accurate troubleshooting records, and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, either remotely or in the field.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
