Mechanic Senior Superintendent

Oversee the mechanical maintenance department and ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems across one or more project sites. Lead and mentor maintenance teams, enforce safety-first practices aligned with OSHA and company policies, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Provide technical guidance for complex mechanical issues (e.g., rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics), analyze maintenance data to improve processes and reduce costs, and partner with operations, engineering, and procurement to align execution with organizational goals.
