Job Summary

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of ZOLL’s enterprise infrastructure systems and services. Collaborate with global IT teams to modernize legacy infrastructure, improve automation, and maintain lifecycle/patching hygiene aligned to ITIL processes. Own troubleshooting and incident resolution, develop documentation, and design resilient infrastructure to minimize downtime and support disaster recovery. Participate in after-hours/on-call coverage and help mentor team members.

•Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure configurations using best practices and enterprise standards.
•Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure performance and configuration data to resolve issues proactively.
•Develop and execute infrastructure initiatives with stakeholders; create proactive maintenance strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
•Resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets using ITIL-based processes and corporate ticketing systems; minimize business impact.
•Develop automation to improve reliability and self-service capabilities; provide after-hours support/on-call and mentor team members.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•10+ years of prior industry experience (enterprise preferred).
•7–9 years designing, implementing, and managing enterprise datacenter platforms.
•Advanced networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, Certificates (PKI), switching, firewalling, and virtual networking.
•7–9 years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex Linux/Windows environments, plus relevant current certification (preferred).
