  • •Develop and execute infrastructure initiatives with stakeholders; create proactive maintenance strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • •Resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets using ITIL-based processes and corporate ticketing systems; minimize business impact.
  • •Develop automation to improve reliability and self-service capabilities; provide after-hours support/on-call and mentor team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of prior industry experience (enterprise preferred).
  • •7–9 years designing, implementing, and managing enterprise datacenter platforms.
  • •Advanced networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, Certificates (PKI), switching, firewalling, and virtual networking.
  • •7–9 years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex Linux/Windows environments, plus relevant current certification (preferred).
