Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole equipment and surface equipment.
  • •Schedule equipment for daily servicing and maintenance and ensure successful execution of maintenance processes safely and efficiently.
  • •Assign work to subordinate personnel and provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance personnel.
  • •Train and assist tool technicians; promote services excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and actively participate in quality improvement processes and equipment improvement recommendations based on maintenance history.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a mechanical, electrical engineering or similar discipline.
  • •3+ years of shop activities experience for completions/liner equipment.
  • •Experience leading tool technician teams/crews for shop maintenance of downhole equipment, including visual verification, dimensional checks, disassembly/assembly, pressure testing, torque machine operation, and equipment loadout.
  • •Ability to train and assist tool technicians.
