Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end regulatory compliance and risk control for mainland China non-bank payment institution operations, ensuring operations align with licensing terms and PRC regulations.
  • •Monitor and analyze updates to PRC financial regulatory policies (payments, cross-border RMB, foreign exchange) and prepare regulatory trend reports.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Legal to embed compliance into product development and client-facing activities; provide timely compliance guidance.
  • •Draft, review, and update internal manuals, policies, procedures, and controls to align with evolving PRC laws and licensing requirements.
  • •Support product iterations, licensing upgrades, and new product regulatory assessments to ensure compliance in mainland China.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of post-qualification professional experience in regulatory compliance with at least 3+ years in payment services or related financial regulatory fields
