Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on training for all production positions to ensure consistency and compliance with safety standards.
  • •Coach and guide employees on proper processes and techniques while fostering teamwork and strong operational performance.
  • •Train employees on current and new processes, applying best practices to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
  • •Monitor adherence to SOPs in the Process Control Plan and Repair Technique and support safety/quality performance metrics.
  • •Track training completion using learning management systems, provide feedback to plant leadership, and collaborate on onboarding and training improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Business or Educational training preferred.
  • •Proven experience working in a Production, Operations, or Factory environment as an Area Trainer (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated upper-tier performance in both quality and productivity.
  • •Ability to facilitate training in small to large groups and effectively instruct others.
  • •Must be well-versed in Repair Technique and Inspection Criteria to provide accurate guidance and instruction.
