Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead negotiations for new contracts and contract change proposals for Aerospace and/or FMC as directed by management.
  • •Manage contract assertions, scope changes, and pricing opportunities to protect Eaton’s full commercial entitlements.
  • •Execute internal agreement reviews and ensure terms align with Eaton approvals, limits of authority, and risk/liability mitigation.
  • •Create and distribute contract flow downs and provide training to other functions on key contractual issues.
  • •Maintain custody of contractual documents and ensure compliance with government requirements and contract retention/quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience
  • •Minimum of two (2) years contracts experience
  • •Must be a U.S. person for access to export-controlled information
  • •Knowledge of aerospace contract terms, customer procurement processes, and contract law (preferred)
