Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead prioritization across Platform Services initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders on a unified platform roadmap.
  • •Execute the Platform Services roadmap to drive developer and end-customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • •Design sandbox environments with realistic test data, simulated workflows, and feature parity to production while balancing security, cost, and resource constraints.
  • •Create frictionless onboarding with clear documentation, test credentials, and quick setup, including self-serve API testing tools.
  • •Partner with engineering and sales to define technical architecture/implementation and commercial strategy, and track KPIs for adoption and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, preferably in developer tools, platform products, or API products.
  • •Proven track record managing technical products with developer/B2B audiences.
  • •Experience with product-led growth and self-serve adoption models.
  • •Deep understanding of APIs, integration testing, and CI/CD workflows.
  • •Ability to define and track KPIs (activation, engagement, conversion) and translate developer needs into product requirements.
