Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex hardware product development programs (NPIs), including sustaining hardware programs.
  • •Create and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets with engineering, supply chain, and support functions.
  • •Conduct program reviews and present accurate program status and progress reports to program teams and senior management.
  • •Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and minimize impact to deliver products against commitments for schedule, quality, and budget.
  • •Ensure programs follow Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes and manage program budget planning and spending proactively.
