Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and integrate complex analog circuits and synchronous/asynchronous custom digital blocks for advanced NAND products.
  • •Lead the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
  • •Perform parasitic modeling and support design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
  • •Partner with Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability.
