Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are performant, reliable, and intuitive.
  • •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand challenges and build agents that transform operations at scale.
  • •Build customer-informed tools and features by surfacing unmet needs and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Create and improve agent experiences such as goal-driven agents, personalization and experimentation systems, conversational discovery, and troubleshooting assistants.
