Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • •Develop and manage key project artifacts including project charter, project plan, communication plan, RAID log, test plan, release plan, and data conversion plan.
  • •Establish governance and track progress across development, SOE, ITC, and UAT phases with regular status updates while advancing risks and issues appropriately.
  • •Collaborate with solution leads, vendors, and technical teams to define scope, manage dependencies, and remove blockers in a matrixed environment.
  • •Drive execution rigor through change control, collaborator communications, executive reporting, and successful launch, hypercare, and project closure activities.
