Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Be a Trusted Advisor; engage with customers’ technical architects and business stakeholders to provide high-quality technical solutions and product training to drive successful customer outcomes.
•Link business processes with technical solutions and tie them to business outcomes.
•Execute delivery methodology to drive projects to completion on time and on budget.
•Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive successful resolution.
•Prototype and catalog new solutions to fit business pain points.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 173,000 - 209,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in a customer-facing, deeply technical, and consultative role.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
•Experience implementing or optimizing Search & Discovery experiences, ideally in ecommerce.
•Proficient in data modeling including flattening relational data.
•Proficient in Javascript/HTML/CSS for the front-end and in a backend framework (e.g., Node, Rails, Django).
