Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the master headcount model, tracking actuals, approvals, and forward-looking hiring plans feeding P&L models and board presentations.
  • •Perform monthly headcount variance analyses at the granular position level and monitor backfill timing, open role aging, and alignment to the Annual Operating Plan.
  • •Own monthly and quarterly variance reporting for G&A and R&D, providing root-cause explanations for financial drivers.
  • •Build, refine, and support annual operating plans and rolling financial forecasts with G&A and R&D leaders.
  • •Administer the Pigment platform for FP&A, including user access management, model enhancements, data refreshes, and automation/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a multi-functional, global, or private-equity-backed technology environment.
  • •Strong experience in headcount modeling and headcount variance analysis.
  • •Direct experience administering Pigment is strongly preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus).
