Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
  • •Patrol the shop floor to deter theft and monitor CCTV for suspicious behaviour.
  • •Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
  • •Address shrinkage causes, including external/internal dishonesty and procedural/administrative error.
  • •De-escalate conflict situations professionally and support investigations; detain or ban where required.
