Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop voice, video, radio frequency, and/or data communications networks.
  • •Engineer, design, and implement network solutions for LANs/WANs, site-to-site, and VPNs, including troubleshooting port security, VLAN issues, and network outages.
  • •Solve complex network issues and support evaluating and proposing upgrades/modifications to improve capabilities, efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
  • •Build network topologies and produce engineering designs/plans for installation, integration, testing, upgrades, maintenance, and expansion.
  • •Conduct network engineering studies for deployed systems to determine bandwidth, throughput, security, and reliability requirements; maintain technical manuals and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in a field applicable to this work.
  • •6+ years of related network engineering experience.
  • •Must presently be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2 preferred) and remain compliant by security indoctrination with continuing education as needed.
  • •Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph (must currently possess).
  • •US Citizenship required.
