Job Summary

Design, build, execute, and continuously improve automated tests to ensure reliable, secure software and strong performance. Partner with engineers and product teams to prevent defects early, expand unit/API/integration/UI test coverage, and investigate issues by reproducing and isolating root causes. Build reusable test frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD with actionable reporting on quality risks and release readiness.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement automated test strategies across unit, API/service, integration, and (as appropriate) UI layers with emphasis on automation over manual testing.
•Create and maintain robust unit test suites covering behavior, edge cases, and failure modes.
•Investigate defects by reproducing issues, isolating root causes, and partnering with engineers to resolve them quickly.
•Improve testability by influencing system design (e.g., dependency injection, clear interfaces, observability hooks).
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide actionable reporting on quality risks, test results, and release readiness.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in automated testing and quality engineering within modern software delivery teams.
•Strong understanding of unit testing fundamentals, including mocking, test isolation, deterministic tests, and coverage vs. confidence.
•Ability to write production-quality tests and use tests as a safety net to improve existing code.
•Experience with one or more languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, or Swift.
•Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation tooling, including Git-based workflows and pipeline execution/reporting.
