Job Summary

Join Pandora Crafting & Supply as an Order Management Specialist responsible for coordinating supply plans, integrating forecasts into ERP systems, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Crafting & Supply, and Production teams to optimize inventory, address capacity constraints, and drive continuous improvement across sites in Bangkok and Praves.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Crafting & Supply to maintain alignment and transparency in operations, ensuring timely integration of forecast data into the system.
•Analyze variations, trends, and changes in the supply plan (Forecast) to anticipate potential impacts on operations.
•Collaborate with Scheduling, Production and Shipment teams to develop delivery plans and address supply constraints to manage delays.
•Monitor finished goods inventory levels and manage end-to-end inventory to optimize stock levels.
•Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional service throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Requirements

•More than 4 years in Demand/Supply Planning or order management or Logistics management field.
•Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
•Experience in ERP System (AX,SAP, etc.).
•Fluent in both Thai and English communications.
•Proficient in MS Office: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
