Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor everyday systems and evaluate availability of server resources, performing activities for VMware vSphere software
  • •Configure and deploy virtual machines, including installs, and back up configuration procedures
  • •Maintain and monitor patch releases, design patch installation strategies, and maintain systems per program standards
  • •Provide Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support, interfacing with end users and other technical teams
  • •Interface and collaborate with the DAN Network Team to perform upstream network management

  • •Active Top-Secret (TS) Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance and must be Secret Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible
  • •ITIL4 certification (or be able to obtain within first 90 days of hire)
  • •Possess one or more of: CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), GICSP, SSCP, or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
  • •Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience)
