Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the training team by assessing training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals, and consultation with trainers and line managers.
  • •Develop overall and individualized training and development plans based on identified needs.
  • •Deliver and coordinate training via mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations, including induction and orientation.
  • •Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, success, and ROI, reporting results periodically while managing the training budget efficiently.
  • •Lead the hiring team by overseeing rider hiring, maintaining a monthly supply model for fleet management, and training interviewers on skills assessment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven work experience as a Trainer.
  • •Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • •Familiarity with mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • •Strong writing, record-keeping, and analytical/database skills; Arabic and Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
