Key Responsibilities

  • •Support APAC leaders in organic growth by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and developing new business ideas; execute business strategy and ensure routines and tracking for decisions and action items.
  • •Drive cross-platform and culture initiatives by partnering with senior management and the human capital team to define and execute regional initiatives.
  • •Execute ad-hoc special projects from senior management, including firm communications and firmwide strategy reviews.
  • •Prepare external presentations and support conferences alongside business and enterprise solutions teams.
  • •Help manage day-to-day operations by coordinating business priorities with key stakeholders across APAC and globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, asset manager, or in a corporate strategy role, ideally focused on financial institutions or asset management.
  • •Strong presentation and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rigorous environment—prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated strong initiative and ownership; proactive, positive approach to assigned tasks.
  • •Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with exemplary interpersonal skills for handling sensitive/confidential information.
