Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas regularly (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and ceiling vent cleaning).
  • •Perform deeper cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
  • •Travel to and clean locations within a 45-mile radius.
  • •Close out work orders upon completion via cell phone or the computerized maintenance management system.
  • •Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials, and maintain the bank-supplied vehicle and phone.
