Provide client service and transaction support while engaging clients to uncover financial wellness needs. Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawer, and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience and be present with clients and teammates.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized financial wellness recommendations, and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Experience in cash handling (required).
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
