•Maintain close relations with fleet owners and follow up with customers through daily visits.
•Understand used truck characteristics and features, and explain product performance, benefits, and optional equipment.
•Provide customers detailed information by comparing competitive models and matching customer requirements to available models.
•Assist customers with completing documents for sales opportunities or complaint resolution; explain warranties, services, and financing.
•Prepare offers, close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price, and report sales activities and market conditions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•Proven experience as a sales representative in the used truck industry.
•Excellent knowledge of truck models, features, and specifications.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting systems; valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
