Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement routing, switching, and wireless solutions for enterprise networks.
  • •Ensure network configurations comply with standards, reviewing logs and supporting SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and NMS.
  • •Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of mission-critical network components.
  • •Provide hands-on knowledge of Viptela SD-WAN and wireless, supporting projects with cross-functional teams and project managers.
  • •Own and document escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution in ServiceNow, including rotating on-call and 24x7 support.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience managing LAN and WAN infrastructures.
  • •8+ years of experience in routing and switching, Riverbed, and wireless.
  • •Vendor experience including VELO Cloud (required), Cisco, and Riverbed.
  • •Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN networking protocols (L2/L3, VLAN, HSRP/VRRP, STP/MSTP/RSTP, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP).
  • •Knowledge of Viptela SDWAN (hands-on) and wireless, plus adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes.
