Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate end-to-end across program strategy, specification, execution, and technical bar-setting.
  • •Write and keep coherent specifications and interface definitions as architecture converges.
  • •Make and own directional decisions across technology and IP selection, build vs buy vs license, and design authority allocation.
  • •Collaborate on hardware-software co-design with inference, performance, kernels, and infrastructure teams, and support bring-up and integration with hardware systems.
  • •Support first-silicon bring-up and debug when it arrives, regardless of domain entry point.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one silicon domain (e.g., front-end design, verification, physical design, design for test, analog/mixed-signal, technology & foundry, CAD/design infrastructure, packaging, signal/power integrity).
  • •Direct personal contribution to silicon that taped out and shipped, with ownership you can describe in detail.
  • •Working fluency in adjacent chip domains to reason about chip-level tradeoffs outside your specialty.
  • •Experience working with external partners (ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundries, or test partners), including reviewing their work and holding a technical bar.
  • •Clear written/verbal communication and experience driving alignment across teams while operating with high autonomy.
