Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist with assigning and directing the work of employees.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow by communicating with supervisors/managers, tracking stock numbers and lot locations, and maintaining work orders and vehicle documentation.
  • •Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members and lead the team at the location by modeling Cox/Manheim values and ensuring respectful treatment of employees.
  • •Prepare and service vehicles including prepping, cleaning, washing, waxing, imaging before/after detail completion, and performing daily van maintenance and routine checks.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, enforce company policies, support performance planning against key performance indicators, and assist with other duties as assigned (including potential overtime).
