Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global transportation function end-to-end, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and cost-efficiently, including working outside standard hours when needed.
  • •Manage and mentor logistics coordinators across multiple time zones, assigning projects and turning complex processes into actionable initiatives.
  • •Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs (on-time delivery rates, cost variances, ticket response times) to drive operational excellence.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and pricing on behalf of the logistics department.
  • •Oversee billing and invoicing, plan transport requests based on team capacity/bandwidth, and drive continuous improvement through training and cost optimization strategies.

Key Requirements
