  • •Provide program and technical direction for 140+ technical resources supporting 20+ data center technology stacks.
  • •Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance; coordinate proposals, operating budgets, and contract changes.
  • •Mentor and develop team members and supervisors; lead recruitment and hiring efforts.
  • •Lead program phases from inception through completion and guide engineering efforts across integration, test, and major incident command center operations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years of IT service management (ITSM) experience focused on managed services delivered via fixed unit prices.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and demonstrated experience managing mainframe and physical/logical server security, disaster recovery failover, and business continuity.
  • •Experience managing large infrastructure environments (2000+ servers, 5000+ network devices, 20+ petabytes, 300+ applications).
  • •Demonstrated experience with server consolidation and virtualization on Windows, Solaris, and Red Hat Linux, plus enterprise storage management and migrations.
  • •ITIL v4 certification and U.S. Citizenship with background investigation required; BI Full 6C (T4) public trust level needed.
