  • •Advise internal teams across game development, engineering, mobile platforms and app stores, user acquisition, ad tech, monetization, IP licensing, and product distribution.
  • •Handle pragmatic contract negotiations with multi-jurisdictional awareness and support business clients in meeting commercial goals.
  • •Structure and analyze deals involving rights matrices across third parties such as distributors, licensors, talent, and advertising/technology vendors.
  • •Provide day-to-day legal business affairs counsel, including advising on copyright, technology, corporate, regulatory, and related issues, while assessing risks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of post-qualification experience in-house or at a law firm.
  • •Be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or relevant jurisdiction).

  • •Experience with complex corporate and/or intellectual property transactions, including content creation, production, clearance, marketing, and distribution.
  • •Experience with software and technology licensing and development, plus the ability to evaluate and distill complex agreements for clients.
