Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce design, fabrication, and installation drawings up to AFC level.
  • •Prepare discipline deliverables including detailed design drawings, shop/fabrication yard sequence and layout, part and assembly drawings, nesting drawings, piece mark and NDT drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • •Prepare and issue material and weight data take-offs (MTO), including related data updates.
  • •Implement prefabrication/erection methods and DC reports information into shop drawings and maintain mark-ups and project-wise filing.
  • •Maintain a drawing register, assign unique drawing numbers, verify references and drawing scales, and issue deliverables per client specifications, schedule, and budget after required review/sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma, with an engineering degree preferred.
  • •Experience in industry detailing standards and associated industry detailing standards.
  • •Experience with industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, TEKLA, ProNest, Navisworks, and Revit.
  • •Basic knowledge of structural design codes and standards (e.g., API, AISC, ACI, ASCE).
  • •Competency in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Inventor is a plus.
