Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee financial operations workstreams across Americas platforms, including payment/deposit investigations, settlement exceptions, and transaction exception handling.
  • •Drive client enablement by configuring customer accounts, enabling products and capabilities, resolving onboarding issues, and managing non-standard pricing.
  • •Own enterprise customer readiness, including go-live checklists, readiness reviews, support model design, payment configuration, billing, pricing, and post-sale handoffs.
  • •Improve operational processes and service quality by redesigning SOPs, increasing straight-through processing, strengthening incident handling/escalations, and building operational controls.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations professionals with clear objectives, performance calibrations, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
