Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of AI-powered features for the Hex platform and ensure integration with existing product engineering efforts.
  • •Own and evolve the scalable agent infrastructure powering data agents and experimentation tooling.
  • •Collaborate with the Research team on context, model prompting, and go-to-market alignment where relevant.
  • •Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers while driving product initiatives and engineering excellence.
  • •Maintain a high quality bar for design, correctness, and testing across frontend and platform components.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4+ years of software engineering experience.
