Key Responsibilities

  • •Tailor Cost Control approaches to meet client needs and align with TT best practice in Controls & Performance.
  • •Promote the benefits and requirements of Cost Control to senior stakeholders.
  • •Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to track baselines, cost of work performed and forecasts.
  • •Develop CBS and align budgets with WBS to track cost performance.
  • •Lead and develop teams of Cost Controllers through knowledge sharing and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in a Lead Cost Control role with management responsibility.
  • •Experience in a project environment with Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS applications.
  • •Strong leadership and ability to challenge and mentor cost control teams.
  • •Understanding of how Scheduling, Risk Management, Reporting and Change Control interact with Cost Control.
