Job Summary

Lead technical delivery for the JORN (Sustainment) HW, SW & ICT Capability Delivery Stream, overseeing a portfolio of up to 10 medium projects across electronics, hardware, radio frequency, and systems domains. Own technical solution delivery aligned to JORN processes, manage bid engineering and project activity breakdowns, and guide planning, estimating, risk/cost/performance evaluation, and customer technical engagement. Act as Agile Product Owner, planning and tracking monthly sprints in JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

•Set technical project strategy, evaluate risk/cost/performance, and manage execution for a portfolio of up to 10 medium and smaller projects.
•Own the technical solution across Delivery Stream projects and ensure engineering follows JORN processes.
•Lead project planning and estimating with support from company estimating tools and the planning team.
•Manage bid engineering and produce breakdowns of project activities.
•Act as Agile Product Owner to plan and manage monthly sprint progress via JIRA; support engineers to meet schedule dates and act as technical point of contact for the customer.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering degree (preferably Electronic or Electrical).
•Experience delivering complex engineering solutions with technical project planning.
•Ability to deliver outputs to time, quality, and cost while managing competing stakeholder demands with limited oversight.
•Leadership and team work skills, including strong communication and relationship building.
•Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain, and eligibility to be cleared for ITAR regulations.
