Key Responsibilities

•Achieve Sales Targets by driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance while adhering to company policies and boutique standards.
•Maintain Inventory & Stock Management by monitoring daily sales records and boutique stock levels to ensure product availability and accurate counts.
•Train & Develop Boutique Team by designing and delivering in-store training programs, coaching staff on sales techniques, and onboarding new employees.
•Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by leading through example, addressing inquiries promptly, and recognizing excellent service from team members.
•Manage Customer Relationships by implementing and maintaining CRM systems to build lasting relationships and enhance satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Club Lounge or Sales Marketing
•Strong hospitality service background and experience in luxury industry
•Service-oriented, confident, and organized with excellent communication skills
•Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral & written)
•Ability to work under pressure and adapt to specific working hours
