Plant Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Relocation)

Lead maintenance teams responsible for installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on critical plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and a powerhouse. Partner with Production to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and drive performance through KPIs and overall equipment effectiveness. Ensure maintenance work complies with USDA regulations, maintain accurate records and inventory, and provide continuity when key personnel are absent. Train and coach maintenance mechanics and electricians to improve safety and work methods.
