Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in function-specific rotational tracks and learn aspects of the company’s business.
  • •Contribute to departmental goals and assist with problem-solving during rotations.
  • •Assume leadership roles for certain projects and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • •Seek and apply for open positions after 12 months while continuing functional rotations.
  • •Work with mentors, managers, and Talent Acquisition Specialists for guidance and career counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university, or currently enrolled with an anticipated graduation by end of current semester.

  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the U.S.
