Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement scalable finance workflows connecting hyperscaler portals and core finance systems for marketplace transactions.
  • •Automate complex marketplace finance workflows, including Private Offers and custom metering.
  • •Define ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition and standards for deferred revenue, gross-vs-net accounting, and marketplace deductions and listing fees.
  • •Build scalable transaction-level reconciliation models matching hyperscaler disbursements and remittance advice to internal sales contracts.
  • •Partner with Finance, Product, and Partner Operations on marketplace finance readiness, run UAT, and author SOPs for launch of new marketplace capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, financial systems, or tech-sector management consulting.
  • •5+ years managing financial operations, billing infrastructure, or billing reconciliation for apps sold via AWS, GCP, or Azure Marketplaces.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale software integrations or Q2C transformation cycles in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • •Deep familiarity with cloud partner portals (AWS, GCP, Azure) and marketplace monetization middleware such as Tackle.io.
  • •Advanced knowledge of enterprise ERP and revenue recognition systems (e.g., Zuora RevPro) plus strong SQL/BI skills for analyzing and transforming billing data.
