Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable technical pre-sales by partnering with Sales and Customer Success to answer technical questions and provide architecture/deployment guidance.
  • •Standardise onboarding and deployment to create fast, repeatable processes with automation and tooling.
  • •Design and evolve deployment patterns to ensure stable, observable, and easy-to-operate environments across platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift, Tanzu).
  • •Enable scalable operations and support by working with Technical Support and engineering to capture knowledge and turn solutions into runbooks, tooling, and documentation.
  • •Reduce day-to-day engineering involvement in support by delivering repeatable, reliable patterns and runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience building and operating cloud-native systems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised applications.
  • •Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • •Ability to debug and resolve issues across infrastructure and application layers.
  • •Comfort working across build and operate, not just feature development.
