Job Summary

Design and administer Mastercard’s Gainsight platform to maximize customer success value globally. Own day-to-day governance and optimization, build scalable capabilities (Success Plans, Scorecards, Workflows, Journey Orchestrator, Dashboards, Rules Engine), and automate processes that improve efficiency. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Operations, Technology, and Data/Marketing teams to translate requirements, develop Salesforce and data/BI integrations, lead releases, and deliver training and executive reporting on customer health and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-own day-to-day administration, configuration, governance, and optimization of the Gainsight platform across the Services organization.
•Design, implement, and maintain scalable Gainsight capabilities including Success Plans, Scorecards, Cockpit workflows, Journey Orchestrator programs, Timeline, Dashboards, Rules Engine, Data Designer, and Reporting.
•Partner with Customer Success leaders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable platform solutions that improve customer outcomes.
•Build and maintain automated workflows and integrations between Gainsight and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, data warehouses, and BI solutions.
•Lead testing, release management, deployment, and ongoing training/support to drive adoption and maximize platform utilization across customer-facing teams.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree or a combination of experience and formal education
•Gainsight NXT Associate Certification (Level 1) and both Level 2 Gainsight Admin Certifications (Reporting & Dashboards and Journey Orchestrator)
•Deep expertise administering and configuring Gainsight (Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Success Plans, Scorecards, Cockpit, Reporting, Data Designer, and integrations)
•Strong understanding of Customer Success operating models and customer lifecycle management (value realization, retention, adoption, expansion)
•Experience with complex operational system implementations and integrations such as Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Outreach, Seismic, and Delivery Platforms
