Job Summary

Build trusted, client-first relationships by having proactive conversations in-branch and over the phone to uncover financial wellness needs. Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while opening consumer and business accounts and recommending tailored products. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams, manage centers of influence, and support branch operations, including teller assistance as needed, while ensuring compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations in person and over the phone.
•Open personal and business accounts and deposit/lending products, including consumer checking, small business products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations, including assisting with transactions on the teller line as needed and participating in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
