Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusting working relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, and related partners to support Treasury customers.
  • •Onboard and maintain Treasury products including Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and Electronic Bank Statements.
  • •Collaborate with Treasury Operations to resolve operational issues, escalate as needed, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
  • •Target service and sales opportunities using bank reports, including proactive outreach and joint calls to identify Treasury product opportunities.
  • •Provide in-depth technical and operational support, assist with proposals/RFP responses, lead relationship reviews, and support audits/special projects.

Key Requirements
